Lodi Yoga Fest

COUCOU HAUS is a guided sauna experience inspired by the communal sauna cultures of Northern Europe, where heat, cold, and conversation come together as a shared ritual.
At the festival, Rachel & Justin will be hosting a series of guided sauna sessions designed as social reset spaces — a place for attendees to step out of the flow of classes, reconnect with their bodies, and with each other.
Each session blends breathwork, heat exposure, cold immersion, and light facilitation in an intentional but accessible way.
