About me
Ciara is a yoga teacher with over 700 hours of training in hot yoga, vinyasa, yin, and Pilates, but her journey is so much more than credentials. Yoga became a lifeline for her after overcoming childhood depression, anxiety, eating disorders, Ciara is a yoga and movement teacher whose classes blend functional strength, mindful mobility, and intelligent sequencing to help students feel both grounded and empowered in their bodies. Drawing from yoga, calisthenics, and mobility training, she creates practices that build sustainable strength, support healthy backbending and inversions, and encourage playful exploration. Her teaching emphasizes intelligent progressions, body awareness, and the balance between effort and ease. Ciara is passionate about helping students build confidence, resilience, and connection through movement—so they leave class feeling stronger, more open, and at home in their bodies.
