About me
I discovered yoga in 2011 while seeking ways to manage stress and find balance during a
demanding career. Now a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master, I am
passionate about making yoga accessible, safe, and welcoming for students of all ages and
experience levels. My teaching emphasizes gentle, supportive practices, guided meditation, and Yoga Nidra,
helping students rest, reset, and carry the benefits of yoga into everyday life. My intention is
to support a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a loving heart.
